Rules & Requirements
Plain-language version. The signed rental agreement at pickup is the binding document.
Driver requirements
- Primary driver must be 25 or older.
- Valid driver's license required at pickup. We make a copy on file.
- Additional drivers must be listed on the rental agreement and meet the same age and license requirements.
- No driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or any impairing substance. Period.
Waiver & insurance
- Every rider — driver and passengers — signs a liability waiver before keys are handed over.
- Base rate includes liability insurance. Optional damage waiver available at pickup.
- Helmets, goggles, and seatbelts are required at all times. Helmets and goggles are included.
Deposit & cancellation
- $500 refundable security deposit per unit, authorized on your card at booking.
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before pickup. 50% refund 2–6 days out. No refund inside 48 hours.
- Weather cancellations made by us are fully refundable or rescheduled at no charge.
Fuel & damage
- Units leave with a full tank. Return full or pay a refuel fee plus fuel cost.
- Normal trail wear is expected. Body damage, broken plastics, bent A-arms, lost gear, and tow-outs are billed to the security deposit and beyond at cost.
- Lost key fob: $250. Damaged or lost helmet: $150.
Where you can ride
- Rentals are permitted on the Canadian River OHV trail system and approved staging areas only.
- No street use. No private property without written permission.
- GPS tracking is enabled on every unit.
